I had to go out of town and Tomica Hodge and her Team sent me a sympathy card while I was gone that was signed by the office team (, Tomica, and Kiara.) My agent, Kiara was phenomenal in communicating with me after the fact, while traveling and me being short with her for MY OWN late payment. "The staff and services deserve the 5 stars I provided. I had a car accident 3 years ago; a month ago I received a check in the mail from State Farm. To my surprise, they returned the deductible I paid, plus the 3 yrs interest! Couple yrs ago Tamika Hodges office called to let me know about other products. They noticed my age and wanted to offer the supplemental Short Term Disability before I reached the age I wouldn't be eligible. 2 months ago I was diagnosed with cancer.
